Hi,
An aXes user encountered an uncontious disconnection of JSM sessions connected from the internet. We looked into it, and finally found the cause. The reason why it happened because the Trend Micro Virus Buster's "real time scan" affected the JSM HTTP transactions, and it can be resolved by adding the URL into its exception list. (See the screen shot below)
If you face the same (or a similar) problem, you might want to check the anti-virus software's settings first.
