Windows10(upgrade from Win7) & IE11(TS/TS2) & v3.1.0.002 & IE11 & KB4013429

We got the following question from one of our aXes partners. Has anyone else encountered this situation?

We have got two same issue reports from customers who are using
1)aXes V3.1.0.002 on
2)Windows10(*** only upgrade from Windows7 ***) and
3)IE11 and applied
4)the latest security patch KB4013429(issued yesterday)

They got the following error message when they open index.html;

"Internet Explorer stopped working"

The workaround for this is to remove the KB4013429 patch.

Did anyone experience the same?

On 2th March, Microsoft produced a new cumulative patch KB4015438 to fix up issues introduced in KB4013429. Several aXes customers that had been adversely affected by KB4013429 have confirmed that with the new cumulative patch applied, aXes (and RAMP-TS) no longer crashes.
