5250 attribute styline not working in axesjsm vs axests

Axes version is 4.2.1.001
I have an RPG program that shows all the 5250 colors based on the Application Styling Rules I have created in the Axes project.
Screen shots below show the results in Axes TS engine
The styling rules work well in Axes running the screens in the /axes/ts/screens/ folder but the rules are ignored when I recreate them and they run from the private folder served via the Axesjsm web server. Do styling rules for 5250 attributes get handled differently in axesjsm web serving ?
