Supported Version of Internet Explorer in aXes 3.11

Hi All,

A new release of aXes is coming soon and our intention is to have Internet Explorer 11 as the only supported Internet Explorer browser.
The support for Chrome Firefox and Safari is unchanged.
This is consequential to Microsoft Lifecycle Support policy for Internet Explorer update, come into effect on the 12/01/2016.
