Save to local folder AND upload its thumnail to IFS on the mobile app

Hi,
Have anyone experienced that saving a full size picture into a local folder and uploading its thumnail to IFS simultainiously after taking a photo on the mobile app. I could not find it from the documentation below.

A prospect wants to use the mobile app in warehouse arround wharf. No wifi access, bad 4g/5g connection. >_<

- Need to save the original (full size) picture into a local folder. (it will be syncronized with a cloud strage using a sync app in background/asynchronously)
- Its thumnail should be uploaded to IFS to see on the mobile app
