aXes User Forum

Hi,

Our customers and we are faced with a problem about rendering of Google Charts on aXes customization. Since this May, we have got a lot of inquiries of this. According to the following forum, jsapi has been changing to new one.

From our quick investigation, "axGoogleChart.error" appears instead of the chart when the request is redirected to the new loader. And it happens randomly...

I have raised this issue to the aXes support taeam, though, if anyone has experienced the same, resolved it, please share the information!

Hi,
From the conclusion, it seemed that the problems was caused by Google maintenance. These few days, the rror have not happened and I have asked the support team to close this call. Thanks. It was randomly unstable around the beginning of May due to the maintenance, I presume.
